Intimates Return Review
Draft policy text. Review before launch. Because Shizuku sells underwear and intimate apparel, return and exchange eligibility may be limited for hygiene reasons.
Current store policy says underwear and intimate apparel sales are final, with review available if the wrong item or wrong size was sent. Customers should contact support within 7 days of delivery for damaged, incomplete, or incorrect orders.
Refund Process
If an issue is eligible for review, support may request the order number plus clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. Approved remedies may include a refund or replacement depending on the issue.
